Each day in the month of April there will be a rowing workout in wodify. You do the workout, you log your time, you win! If you are looking for a way to build that aerobic capacity engine and have a little easier time on your joints, rowing is where it is at. If you do not have a rower at your house, no worries, you can use the ones at EHP during open gym or if there is a class going on and no open gym, feel free to take the rower outside and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Oh, and you will get a sweet coffee mug with the logo on it for your challenge!
